Dreadball Ghosts team is finally complete. 7 figures, 2 prone markers and the ball. Although the ball I just gave a light wash. All of the ball carriers  are magnetized to hold the ball.

 I painted the bases white on the front to show the arcs.  Since the figures are similar i used the base color to differentiate them. Strikers have a lighter blue tint bases, Guards darker blue, and jacks have a purplish blue hue. All players that can carry the ball have a painted magnet on the front of the base. that is that red dot on the base.

Dreadball Orks(marauders) complete? Yes I completed this team in 2014, but I touched up the paint, added bases and magnetized the bases to hold the ball(Ball carriers). Also added another guard(Full face mask) and Slippery Joe(Captain).
The yellow dot is a painted magnet, the base is purple and the front arc is yellow.

Working on my son's space hulk game. I have 6 gene stealers left + the space marines.

Deadzone Enforcers painted them to favor the cylons. Advantages are it doesnt take long to paint, and it looks cool. With as many minis I have left to paint, not having an elaborate paint scheme is a good thing :)

Gave the sarge a green eye also for targeting :)

New game added... big surprise.

To start off, I saw a game on kickstarter I initially pledged for, 60 bucks, and get a zombie game. I watched the game play, and really did not like the timed theme of it. I like to discuss strategy, and enjoy the game. I hate rushing through. There is nothing better than teaming up with your fellow gamers and getting through the level. The game seems rushed, and if I spend the time to set up a board layout I am damn well going to enjoy the game. 

Another factor is I need to save up because 2 or 3 kickstarters are coming out that I am interested in. 1 being warpath and possibly pulp city. Pulp city I am still debating. 4 color figs is coming out also with ver. 4 of their rules (after I just purchased v.3, go figure.). I do like the customizing option of 4 color and I can create my own heroes. I am not sure on pulp city yet. Anyways I digress. I decided to go after sentinels of the multiverse, watched some games of it and decided that was for me. Mini Market and amazon had the core game and expansions cheaper than the KS. Yay me!!!

Next is renovation time. I removed the carpet in my office and put in a new floor. it was time to throw away some old crap and re arrange. I changed my shelving around to make a gaming shelf. I may purchase one more in the future, but now I got a good core group of games.

I realized I did not show off one of my XMas lootz. Dreadball. My sis got it for me. WOOT!!! 

My orx team I have started painting. I have the linemen done. I went with a "LSU" theme. I know, why didnt I go with an Auburn team? I dont like the colors orange and blue together. Its not because I dislike auburn either, I like Florida gators and don't like their color scheme. Besides in high school one of my schools was purple and gold(yellow actually :) )

Played some Risk Walking dead variant. Also played some Descent new years and this past saturday. Enjoyed both and really enjoyed the descent though, RPG gaming goodness.

yes that is a reaper bones. Figured why not since we had the figures and do not like tokens when we have figures.

Fat x-mas loot. Yep got some zombies. I have all 3 zombicide games now along with the dogz and zombie dogz . My daughter got the princess bride game. It is basically cards against humanity.

Below is my daughter's Cthulhu (reaper bones). It is a painting project we both are doing. She wanted a more grey/blue "aquatic" look. Progress so far.

Lugs and I played sedition wars tonight. I got some lucky rolls and barely beat him the first game(I played vangaurd, the good guys, he played zombies). He pointed out a few things he would have done different as the zombie and I learned a few things from him playing the vanguard  and me zombies(thought I could only shoot the middle attack once per turn, but was shooting it wrong , so maybe my victory is very hollow)

The 2nd game I spawn camped him to death and kept him from advancing. to the objectives and I think we played the rules a little more accurately. Alot to learn, but a lot of fun to be had.

Played some legend of drizzt this weekend with Lugz, Zac and Jacob.  Everybody but jacob played the easy game and we won. I felt bad for Jacob because as soon as we played the hard level he came home and we got creamed when he joined. It was fun but would have like for him to win. Photos stolen from lugz.

Happy fantasy Tuesday. What I have done on my legend of drizzt collection.

My Legend of Drizzt came in. An adventrue board game, think diablo 2 on table top. Here is some picks from the inside. That is a big ass dragon.

I also got some munchkins in. The conan pack I bought off of ebay, the seller is supposed to send a new one. The one sent was bent to hell and back.
